Avoid this hotel!!! we had cockroaches in the room. I am still in shock. It was disgusting. it should have been a wonderful vacation with my husband. instead we were in for an unpleasant surprise. better pay for an expensive hotel than this one

Our flight to Munich was delayed so we weren't arriving until after 11pm, however we contacted them earlier on and they sent us a code to get in which worked fine. Our key cards were waiting for us in reception. After some of the reviews on here I was quite worried about the noise as we were staying Thursday to Sunday. We had a room on the 4th floor at the back, so while we could hear the club on Friday and Saturday night, it was absolutely fine to sleep with earplugs. Other comments about aircon are accurate. While we had a control on the wall, there weren't any vents anywhere so it was probably just a dummy unit. Nothing happened whatever setting it was on. The staff were attentive and friendly, the room was spacious and clean, the bathroom was very clean, and room service did a great job each morning. The location was the most important thing though, and it's fantastic if you want to be near the old town. Overall, other than a bit of noise from the club, I can't find fault with the hotel at all, and it was a great price for the area at the time we booked.

Worst hotel I have ever stayed in - don’t even consider it! Located above a nightclub, we didn’t get to sleep until 4am on the Friday night. Even with earplugs, the vibration of the beds was ridiculous, I’ve never experienced that before. No reception staff overnight, so no one to complain to. Reception staff were rude and unhelpful - when we tried to switch rooms they said, and I quote, “4th floor, 5th floor, they’re all noisy”. On top of this the hotel is very dated, small rooms with no air con and a very funky smell. Please go and stay somewhere else! We had to move after 2 nights and found Hotel New Orly which was fantastic. Avoid Hotel Daniel!

We had booked a double room for 2 adults and a child, 2 years old. No cot was provided. When asked, a cot WITHOUT a mattress and pillows was brought into the room. Questions were not answered. Also towels for the child were not provided. Breakfast was booked but not offered

Alright hotel with a great location. Overall we had a night enough stay as we only stayed one night. Problem is the shower is super temperamental with the hot and cold temperature and the light in there is automatic so it shuts off on you. The hotel is right next to all these shops so it’s super central but that also means that you can hear all of the traffic. Our other issue is your checkout is at 11am and housekeeping knocked three times before that to ask if we were leaving. For the location it was worth it but they could have a few improvements.
